Frasca La Guaragna
Giving Nizza Its Own Voice

In our earlier journey through Monferrato (link) – the beating heart of Piedmont’s viticultural soul – we found a landscape of quiet resistance, one where Barbera, Freisa, Grignolino and a constellation of local varieties still speak in their own voice, well outside the long shadow cast by Barolo and Barbaresco. An Unexpected UFO in the Hills of Monferrato

Three days. Just three days mid-September in the rolling, sun-drenched hills of Monferrato – a landscape that feels like a secret kept too long from the rest of the world. Not just winemakers, but guardians of a living heritage, bound together by a single, relentless passion – the pursuit of excellence in every vine, every harvest, every drop.
