GA.RY (link) was born of the Tedeschi family’s desire to bring a new expression of freshness to their own production by marrying Veronese winemaking tradition with their own penchant for innovation that has always characterized the Tedeschi winery. This IGT Veneto Bianco obtained from Garganega, Rhine Riesling, and Chardonnay is vinified with great care to preserve the aromatic identity of the three grape varieties. Manual harvesting takes place in two phases to capture every nuance of the ripening process. After a brief maceration and temperature- controlled fermentation, the wine is aged in the bottle for eight months, protected by a screw top that safeguards fragrance and integrity. The result is a contemporary wine with harmonious aromatic character and surprising balance that imparts freshness while pairing beautifully with the more spontaneous moments of the holiday: an informal aperitif, a last-minute dinner, the first notes of conviviality that bring a festive mood to the holiday table setting.
