Set to debut in March 2025, this exclusive release consists of just 3,000 bottles, made from selected grapes: Sangiovese from the Ribaldoni vineyard (Chianti Classico, Villa Rosa Estate) and Merlot from Poggio La Mozza (Maremma, Val delle Rose Estate)
Castellina in Chianti, 10 February 2025 – Coevo (link), the iconic wine of the Cecchi Family (link), opens an exciting new chapter with the 2021 vintage. This limited edition, comprising approximately 3,000 bottles, including approximately 600 large formats, embodies a modern interpretation of Tuscany’s winemaking heritage—a legacy that dates back to 1893, when Luigi Cecchi founded the family estate in Castellina in Chianti. Eighteen years after its first release, Coevo refines its blend while remaining true to its origins, preserving a profound connection to two key regions for the Cecchi Family: Chianti Classico and Maremma.
